For a person with integrity, this is a heaven to be in. Job security is guaranteed to those who give off their 100%. For those who want to get the "permanent staff" label and then get into their comfort zones, it would be best to stay away from Peter's. The management is simply superb to work and coordinate with. You have the freedom to try out your out-of-the-box ideas without being deterred or being objected to. The company policies are documented well and shared with each staff member upon joining.

Personally, I have not come across anything that I dislike yet, here. The work environment is superb, all staff members work as a team, no internal politics that is detrimental to the organization's growth.

The job is very satisfying. The results of your efforts are evident and there is a lot of scope to innovate and bring about changes. The management is really very cooperative and supportive of all the initiatives taken. Job satisfaction is very high.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
