There's nothing that I can say I like about this organization.

...within the first 15 months due to It's toxic and unprofessional environment. 9. Salary is on time. But conveyance and tour bills are never paid on time, and huge deductions are there too. You'll start feeling frustrated within the first 6 months here. So just one suggestion: Don't join this Toxic and Unprofessional Lala organization. Regards Current Employee

Worst manpower management, irrespective approach, worst culture, non hygiene atmosphere and pollution, No technical support and No proper vendors, No dinning place, No working room and computer facility.

This is a very good company for freshers. They can learn lot of things from STP LTD. I am getting an opportunity for working with New segments ie. Govt. Company products quality is very excelente and good goodwill of company in Government segment.

Dislikes

... long time but don't have a confidence on products as compared to competitors. Compensation is decent but Growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Manager do not value an individual unique strengths.a naheen not meet customer requirements as per competitors.

One of the best companies to work for in construction chemical Industry. During the lockdown STP has paid full salaries on time to all the employees and given increments and promotions too. Management is very supportive all the employees specially promising & hard working candidates. Company policies are good with minimal management interference and flexible in approach.

Dislikes

A lot of efforts has to be taken on technical front as well as getting technically sound professionals on board. With Berger takeover hope to see things getting more better.

Company had weak HR management hence resulted oriented employees use to leave as soon as they found better opportunities, employee engagement and forward support from Management was bit weak.
