Seniors are behaving like manager. They want to extent without reason. Directly assign the work without training. No cab facilities. No performance evaluations and hike will be based on some random number. No goals to be achieved is specified.No skill improvement. No sick leave.micro management.

1. This is relatively a small firm but work life balance is really good here no over time strictly. 2. Employee benefits are standard. But management is super friendly. 3. Pay is standard per market.

Different rules for managers and low level employees when it comes to leaves and wfh options They compel operations team to WFH but Technology people still happily continues WFH from 2020. No sick leave .they count national holidays (US) as company provided one.

There is No job security, there is No cab facility and cafeteria. it's a small company. There's is no risk compliance and bad management. They will not providing sufficient training. At any point of time they will fired you from job. I was join this organisation on 7th march 2023 with in 3 month they will remove me without giving any valid reason 31st may 2023 was my last working day. Still I'm searching for job because of them I'm jobless. Don't join this company this is Worst company.
