Health isnuransce for family should pay extra premium amount. It's not included in your package. Macro management, updating trackers, company HR portal not available, company portal own portal (talent and acquisition), mandatory course not available.

Different rules for managers and low level employees when it comes to leaves and wfh options They compel operations team to WFH but Technology people still happily continues WFH from 2020. No sick leave .they count national holidays (US) as company provided one.

There is No job security, there is No cab facility and cafeteria. it's a small company. There's is no risk compliance and bad management. They will not providing sufficient training. At any point of time they will fired you from job. I was join this organisation on 7th march 2023 with in 3 month they will remove me without giving any valid reason 31st may 2023 was my last working day. Still I'm searching for job because of them I'm jobless. Don't join this company this is Worst company.

No job security and too many politics.dont imagine that you will grow here cause managers do not let you to grow.They will grow by using your work.one fine day they will layoff you.
