Likes

There was good work life balance. They do call you on holidays if there is urgent work and no incentives for that but there is no cuts if you take leaves or arrive late.

Dislikes

Terrible work culture. The manager is a casteist and religiously stereotypical discriminatory bigot. The boss does not care and just dumps work to get it done. Boss is very stingy in terms of money and held my stipend for 7 months for no reason. That too was given after various complaints, emails and phone calls.
