Likes

Friendly manner. They will respond customer complaints immediately more stores missed this. Supportive salary on time.

Dislikes

Company need to concentrate in more fields. Like marketing, more stocks to be bring in inventory like these.... Incentive schemes are not okay.

It was a very bad experience.they doesn't consider staffs in any of their actions.

Dislikes

Team mates were fabulous.job security is 0%, if they feel they don't want you then they will ask you to stop coming to office from the very next day without a notice period.salary appraisal is okay.they will put people in pressure for salws.the one who works there will have to forget about there personal lifes.no week offs are properly given.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
