Very toxic work culture inside the organisation. The management is very pathetic and they lack vision of where they want to drive the organisation. Undue pressure and very Desi promoter driven work culture.

Dislikes

There is no corporate culture, purely indian style company. No one bother to discuss in case you put your paper and always follow speedy process to release resigned candidate. No one from HR or consulting firm ready to speak. Very poor environment. In IT department there is no one who knows technology, company is totally depends on few old folks who are already in system more than a decade.

It's a Lala company as Directors are so arrogant specially Vikas aggarwal he has no ethics how to behave with the people n having proud to be the leader of the industry which is hardly not acceptable also no hierarchy as show fake Professional parameter it's just a Shop not a company

The worst company I have ever worked specially because of the HR function, the vision of management is amazing the director's have a different vision and they're working hard to achieve it, they need to clean the HR function with more dedicated team, they do misguide the candidates and not sharing the right JD even, there's a lot to say but don't want to mention here.

IT Head they don't have knowledge about work not good behaviour Bull shit.therr are so much politics going on . All IT department they have knowledge of work they hired another team for work.beause they don't know how to work. When new person joined Stonex India they. Overall company and company owner good person but they should change IT department of want to grow Stonex India..first change the IT Head they don't knowledge how to work in Stonex

Full HR department not working properly they didn't response not good manner bhot good behavior totally full politics they don't have work all time using instgram and watching reels all are free if you mai them they don't reply your email also very bad both department.
