Salary never on time Unachievable targets allocated so that you won't get incentives ever. Reporting managers are of no good MDs just care about Stonex and not Stonelam leaving everything to an outsider CEO who isn't able to manage well. Zero company policies....too much target pressure...company only expects numbers and doesn't want to resolve problems behind achieving numbers. No support at all from company for anything. Put important documents on hold once you resign. Company hesitates to even pay basic travelling expenses to employees which is just too cheap move for any company. Politics at its peak and you have to deal alone with all of it nobody neither your reporting managers will take a stand for you. Total waste company. Attrition rate keeps on increasing due to such things but still nobody in the company cares. Distributors are not supportive

...ees in their respective territories. Their training program are good and unique. Salary and expenses are paid on time. Incentive structure are also good.

Dislikes

Their festival holiday structure. For e.g , Ganesh Chathurthi / Dasara which are strictly followed in south or west , for that there are no holidays.

Company with best HR practices. Company that promotes positive work culture. It felt like home while working in Stonelam. Beautiful team members always supporting each other, great bonding. Never felt like that we are working for someone else, company mission felt like our mission. Very positive founders and directors. Invests a lot of time and money in training their employees. Open door policy. You can easily put your point across to anyone in the company without any fear. A company where you are valued and heard.

Just stay away from office politics done by the friends and relatives of Company MD who work in stonelam .

Everything ... I would like to tell you all, that from last 6 months company has gone under so many positive changes, here policies are now as per market standard, working environment of company is truly awesome now , we just attended an annual Townhall , this was an awesome experience , this company has a huge vision , with proper plans , treatment of employees are extremely good , everyone is treated with respect & value , R&R program is happening on monthly basis , & annual townhall has connected us to company & all , Company is focusing & investing a lot for all the employees . I would say this has now become a great place to work

Only one thing is there, We need quarterly outing .

Stonelam is a brand where I got a chance to kick-start my career. I like how people grow here and can build their personality. How employees and staff respect each other and pass a smile to each other. Stonelam wants to grow with their employees and that's the great part.

Lack of interaction.
