Likes

A small manufacturing unit with fairly large volumes of protective coating and Floor coatings. Nice company culture and relaxed work with good job security.

Dislikes

Hierarchy here is in a wrong way as your inputs are not considered most of the time. No opportunities given to learn new things in technical dept. Increment percentages are not up to the mark.
