...vailable. As I have been here for more then 3 years work-life balance is valued. Never had an issue with receiving pay cheques on time. Supportive seniors & collogues.

Dislikes

The job is sales inclined and can get a bit challenging when the stock market is down. But it is a part of the game.

Nothing comes under the pros except the minimal salary that you get when you are working with Stock Axis.

Dislikes

*Management won't take any action on inconveniences or issues that you might face in the organization. *A lot of biases will be thrown if you are a fresher or if you have recently joined the organization. *No promotion or increment was given because management takes it all away. *Terrible work culture even HRs don't want to work with the firm *No career growth through the responsibilities handled over here. *Management is stubborn with the research and decisions made and is never ready to change when needed.

... in my previous organisation. I was working with one of their close competitors. The best part is, that we have a monthly incentive structure and it gets released along with the monthly salary. Management has never rejected my leave or other requests. In fact, they are still allowing their employees to work from home for 3 alternate days. They truly believe in work-life balance which was not there in my previous organisation.

Dislikes

I am staying in Virar and had to travel so far. But that is fine, as I have to travel only for 3 days a week. Since the company is good and my earnings are good, I am happy.

Likes

There is a learning curve, in the sense that you learn to never enter into firms like this. The position of relationship manager at stockaxis has no learning because they will ask you to clock certain number of hours and stick to the script they have preapred to sell their products/packages. They have good variable pay on basis of how many customers you bring in from selling their product.

Dislikes

...mily-health personal reasons due to which I had to relocate back to my hometown. They did not pay me salary for the last month, did not give any resignation letter even after following up multiple times via call/email/office visit. I am now working at a very reputed firm and am very happy for whatever happened at the time. Otherwise, I would have never known what terms like - good work culture, supportive/ growth-oriented environment and professional workplace mean.

The initial training which was given was very good.

Dislikes

If you don't meet your targets,the salary is kept on hold. Even if you have health issues, you won't be able to take leave. The worst part is you can be fired anytime without any prior notice.
