Very low salary structure, discrimination based on your designation, poor management,outdated use of technology, no innovation , believes in paper work, zero skill development.

Work life balance is good, job security is there, pressure of work is not much, facilities such as shuttle,breakfast ,lunch, tea, snacks provided with minimal charges.

Dislikes

Promotional activities are very slow, salary is very low than industry or compared to other companies,courses or activities for skill development of employees is very less.Growth in career is not much.

Job security is something that u can count on. Salary u will get on time, apart from salary u will get meal card as well. Also u will have Diwali gift card.

Compensation is less when compared to market standards.it is impossible to get into next level with in 5 years after ur confirmation. Though sales pressure is less when compared to market peers, we can’t expect to get good grades during yearly review.

No promotion policy. For multiple years you will not get promotion. Salary is much below the industry average. Bonus / incentives are very low. No Esop
