ST is an amazing company to work with as far as learning, salary package, or work culture is concerned. Also, their medical, transport, etc. facilities are really good.

Dislikes

The only issue is lack of work life balance and too much work stress.

Nothing except its infrastructure and all. They can give you one time compensation but in annual hike they will make you lower salaried ones.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. I can't say about other groups but there are a few people in one group ADG, who are worst in nature and don't know how to speek with the employees. Even though you are working day in day out you will feel pressurized all the time from their side. There demands are unrealistic which no one can fulfil every employee has the same issue. They are treating employees labours not resources and this is very bad for an organisation. People of ST does not have more lucrative options in NCR that's why they are serving here I think.

Pay very low - below average inspite of euro to dollar exchange rate of around 70+ Pay disparity - new joinees at same experience payed almost three times to what currently employed earns

Good work environment and supporting staff. If you are fresher and egar to learn then it's a good platform.

Dislikes

Salary is not decent but work environment is good and without politics you can not exist in any company. Conversion rate for intern is very poor.
