Only students and some colleagues are good. But entire environment is worst.

...n Rs. 1 but expanditure should be 10 Paisa. For management, teachers are labour. Salary matter is totally illogical. They are asking rather forcing to sign on blank salary register so that they can fill it up as per their convenience with convenient amount.

Covid 19 is pandemic in over all countries .But caring is second thing.In over all the company gives only 01 month of salary for the entire lock down period. There is no job security .Those who are having seniority they may only get the salary for the entire period.

Compensation is very low. We may not expect growth in this.The work pressure is common every where in private organisation.There is no comparison between anybody. So many politics inside the office.Most ego is going on.New comers may suffer a lot.

With transformation and support we can achieve our rate of success in career path that we are preferring.

Everything has a disadvantage too. Sometimes the work pressure is so high to manage and sometimes it is so satisfying.

Disgusting work environment. Your personal life will destroy... The behavior of management is worst... They are not giving minimum respect to the teachers... I worked 3 years and atlast I have to leave the institution for my own self respect... Don't come here plz
