Worst work environment and culture. Very bad politics in this company. Company policies are bad and even policies always change, no any appraisal are given by the company.

There is worst management. Salary is very low and career growth is very slow. No appraisal given by the company.

The work culture is toxic. illogical managers who are reckless, abusive and give threats of throwing you out atleast 5 times a day. No one to actually tell your problem, management is just not safe and even reliable.

I am happy to being a part of STM Journals Publication. The work culture is good no more work pressure you can inhance your skills with that company. And it is the super scorer company for fresher.

Dislikes

If we give our 100% to some so we also hope that he return 5% of that. But they don't think about that. And I can't see the growth over here. As I said above it is good for freshers only. Once take expreince and find the good opportunities for your career.

Worst politics Low work environment The employee working in the organisation fraud money from the company itself Even after this they're working there. Better not to go with this firm The HR is hell crazy he's very unprofessional in his work, not aware on how to talk to employees This isn't office it's a school if you take leave they won't call you they call at your home.
