Worst work environment and culture. Very bad politics in this company. Company policies are bad and even policies always change, no any appraisal are given by the company.

The work culture is toxic. illogical managers who are reckless, abusive and give threats of throwing you out atleast 5 times a day. No one to actually tell your problem, management is just not safe and even reliable.

I am happy to being a part of STM Journals Publication. The work culture is good no more work pressure you can inhance your skills with that company. And it is the super scorer company for fresher.

If we give our 100% to some so we also hope that he return 5% of that. But they don't think about that. And I can't see the growth over here. As I said above it is good for freshers only. Once take expreince and find the good opportunities for your career.

Their systems are not working properly Washroom are not clean pathetic environment zero cleanliness Hr is soo unprofessional and always give a bad reviews once you switching the job colleagues are so unprofessional manager is so rude they work unethical

The worst working environment you can ever have is STM They are to slow to process work not enough employees in a single domain to process work One individual has to work over everything regarding of websites or anything The current employees working in the organization are hell The marketing people are frauding the company from authors editors and subscriber's of journals And still they are working proudly as if nothing happened. I won't suggest anyone to work here. HR calls at your home if you take leave. It is a proper school environment Go out for a break then also they'll poke you for that. HR is very unprofessional humiliation level at core.
