No one is ready to listen about employees problem which they are facing and any time they can call and will say you have two option either you resign from your post or we will have to terminate you as the management has decided to reduce the manpower it doesn't matter that from how many years you are working in this company.

They pay good pay to freshers.
Sales team is brilliant in selling products to vip customers.

...elation with employees which are working with the company more than 5-6 years.
Manager don't bother about company's growth only Only care about his salary.
here employees who work with dedication doesn't get credit.
Employees who work hard are forced to work more and the employee who don't work are enjoying as they have good relation with manager. Example in a team of 12 employees only 3 - 4 fresher employees are working harder and completing 70 percent of work and rest experienced employees are doing minimal work and closing false or easy tickets in ERP to justify there performance.
Support department is full of poltics.
Support department is getting down.. Management should hire literate and skilled support manager to handle work with SLA as support department is more frequently engaged with customers rather than amc and sales team. This will increase customer satisfaction ultimately increase company revenue.
Also monthly meeting should be arranged where every individual opinion should be taken for consideration, since now only manager is involved to management which results in biased information to management.
Rest all departments are working fine, development team developing good quality hardware and software, sales team selling it brilliantly.
only support department need to be modified as after sales service is a very important area of business. Wishing goodluck to savior!!
...o things that I liked about working with STJ Electronis was the working hours i.e from 9:00 am to 05:00 and that you will get your salary on or before the salary date.
The work culture is extremely bad, there is no value for skillset or the degrees you have. There is no learning at all so forget about growth opportunities. It is completely unorganized and as far as the remuneration is concerned it's disgusting.If you are looking for employee satisfaction or job satisfaction STJ is not the palace for you.
