Sir is very good orgnization. Especially like the employees culture and scope to learn from each others. Stir value itself spoke about the opens and growth to learn from each others.

Not applicable for me it was good over all for my perspective. But less salary

STIR EDUCATION is a good place to work in terms of work-life balance and organisational culture is wonderful. 5 days week is my most favorite part at stir.

This is a learning and growing organisation so I have nothing to share about dislike.

Likes

Enough autonomy and creative space given to Innovate. Growth is based on individual effort and effort is recognised and given an opportunity to sustain. Work culture pretty chilled out.

Dislikes

Lack of focus in articulating organisation vision, hasty decision making and frequent strategy change leading to chaos at times.
