It's completely a LALA company. They work typically on HIRE and FIRE policy. At the time of hiring, they will pay you whatever you want but when the project is about to end,they will fire.

It's quite a good company to work in. I'll share the perks of working here, i started my career here only and its great as you are worked on projects that are working on latest technologies, projects in various domains are there. There's good rotation between projects and the peer support is also great.
