No work culture, no ethics, no employ benifit, hire and fire policy with sily reasons of clothes and unnecessary pressure, no hr, fake hiring, lie during interview, create any torture policy whenever they want to, policy to fire employ after 6 month or else they will suck ur life.

No words...just pathetic, my worst experience of life, nothing to learn and work for.

Nothing is good in this company, they always promise ,they hire you months of Oct-Nov for exhibition & pick time of sales , after that they will told you company store is not able to pay your salary, you can leave or we can give you half salary.

Dislikes

Layla Ji.culture they not clear vendor bill, vendor always call me for bill clearances. Not any culture, before joining they promise u but after joining ,they forget all.

its great to work with STI apparel pvt ltd company. I enjoyed my work i liked there environment its very comfortable and enjoyable.

Dislikes

there is no career growth and we never gone to any trip for employees refreshments.
