Everything. Starting from salary structure to the system and procedures, everything is lacklustre.

There is nothing to like about this company. I worked there for 10 months and I am so disappointed.

1. Hr is so much irresponsible. 2.She did not know anythng how to work. 3.You will get your 1st salary after 1.5 months later. 4.We got our salary after 20th in every month. 5.You have to work even saturday Sunday if client requirment. 6.They did not pay for extra day, they wilk say you that you will get a comp off but when you want to apply the comp off they will not give you leave. 7.Other dept are more concern when you coming in office and going from office and they is gossip and complain. It's so much irritating to work there.

Management is so poor. They gave me my joining letter after 1 month. And salary credited 1 month after. Salary of march I got in april 27th.

...oyees should work 9.30-6.30. Then we have to work till 7.30pm-8pm,sometimes 9pm. They didn't give salary in time. Poor management.

The company is open to innovation and rgeadily adopts latest technologyml. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As aresult, I get to travel abroad, especially produ ts and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on site travel id completely dependent on your project and client's location.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.
