There is no Value for their employees. STL digital don't have clear idea about it's new fresher GETs that what they have to assign. STL take interviews for different background, they will train you for another different domain, then they will change your domain and then they will judge you on different skill, for that you will be provided very insufficient time and unrealistic task to terminate you. No project, STL put on bench for 1 year. Worst work environment, no direct communication from HR or Manager, sometimes your manager doesn't know that you even exist. Totally invaluable towards their employees.

Only benefits is the salary you get good amount of package as a graduate engineer trainee like 8 lpa

So they offered a package of 8 lpa but after 1 year 95% of us had been terminated due to unfair practice of Letting employees in the Performance improvement program (pip) them laying them off . So if you want to ruin off your career then you ar happily welcome here, but if you want a proper career growth then choose any company but not this one, infact after 1 year they are also letting to compensate salaries to 63% fixed from 8 lpa ie around 5 lpa is fixed and the rest amount i.e 37% is variable that you'll get it based on your performance only if you are allocated to any project that too will be given to you quarterly. Nothing is good they just provide good training platform but there's no certificate for that.

They offer a good CTC but after training period the ctc remains same but they change basic salary. There's no job security, without any prior knowledge these guys just fire people. There are no projects in this company .

Worst company ever , Just payed the salary more than normal service based companies.

They will terminate you by giving lame reasons and before that they will put you into pip and giving unrealistic target. So please avoid the company , if you dont have any other offer then only join stl.

...aud At STL. Setup for layoff is given below by the STL Digital a fraud Company Worst company Freshers be Alert, don't Join this company even its giving higher package. They delayed our joining by 6 months i.e. from August 2022. Then they told us to learn java full stack development within 6 weeks and evaluation is taken in interview form. Even if you answer all questions they have given same feedback to all 70 students, that you are not qualified. Now, individual use case has been assigned if we didnt clear we will be terminated.

Employment Fraud at STL, freshers dont join . Colleges Should blacklist this company for campus.
