Salary is good

Dislikes

There is no Value for their employees. STL digital don't have clear idea about it's new fresher GETs that what they have to assign. STL take interviews for different background, they will train you for another different domain, then they will change your domain and then they will judge you on different skill, for that you will be provided very insufficient time and unrealistic task to terminate you. No project, STL put on bench for 1 year. Worst work environment, no direct communication from HR or Manager, sometimes your manager doesn't know that you even exist. Totally invaluable towards their employees.

There is nothing to like about this company. Most horrible experience I have got here due to which it seems like a nightmare to work in this type of companies. In the name of training they will literally switch your domains after every two months and will take your evaluation on monthly basis despite your hardwork and efforts. No matter whether the evaluation is good or bad its pre-decided to move you to PIP(Performance Improvement Program) and in that you will be provided with a usecase which in my case was Full stack development along with deployment for which the time durations was 3 weeks. Even after completing the whole usecase within 3 weeks they wont even look at your usecase and hardwork and will terminate you by saying your performance was not good.

Nothing to like about this company. They pay you high salary just for ruining your initial career. So, just don't get attracted by the salary. They want us to work for more than 15 hours including saturday and sunday. Pure mental harrasment was being done in this company.

So they offered a package of 8 lpa but after 1 year 95% of us had been terminated due to unfair practice of Letting employees in the Performance improvement program (pip) them laying them off . So if you want to ruin off your career then you ar happily welcome here, but if you want a proper career growth then choose any company but not this one, infact after 1 year they are also letting to compensate salaries to 63% fixed from 8 lpa ie around 5 lpa is fixed and the rest amount i.e 37% is variable that you'll get it based on your performance only if you are allocated to any project that too will be given to you quarterly. THIS IS B##C COMPANY NEVER JOIN M₹₹C STL t@@ti
