...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...his skills. No any polution in plant that makes good environment and attractive. But salary is not sufficient according to work and pressure. And the leave criteria is too good in officially, but at ground level this figure is too bad 😞 that is highly affected you.

The salary is not sufficient according to work and pressure. Some zone of plant is high temperature and under pressure zone due to this physical and mental work make hard. And leave criteria is too bad 😞 some times 2 months continue duty without any off. That make a too bad company culture.
