...ut can not rest even 1 second in 8 hours whether it is day shift or night shift. Because of this sometimes we get sick no other problem Just salary incrementing is a bit low and sometimes too incentive don't even know .The good thing is that every month there were some changes in the company.so that i save power Career growth is very slow everything else is fine.

I have some things about the company which I don't like like In 8 hours duty, we works all the time, the lines run regularly.can't rest at all. And give 1 helper in 20 lines, due to which we get a lot You have to run.

Sterlite power gives us all facilities in covid - 19 pendemic situation , i have a good role in sterlite power , and its work culture is so good , company policies or terms & condition is too good from others. Company management is very good.

No salary growth.

I am joining two years completed but still now no increments and promotion.The compensation is low and work pressure is high and I have attend client calls also meetings.

...e joined this organization as GETs, consider themselves as master of this world. Overall if you are looking for a good pay hike or if you are looking for a change, it's okay to work at Sterlite. But not a good organization to work in the long run.

Salary on time. Open hand to work. After some year you will became a self governed manager.

Pathetic work life balance. No work recognization. After some upper level of management. its a heaven to work as u will get lots of opportunity to conduct corruption. Want to earn join SCM dept a open corruption culture.
