Salary deduction was carried out till Nov-20 based on annual CTC ranging from 10% to 25% but now all deductions are eradicated. Max 10 days leave given by company if you are tested covid positive.

...nsider only refreshment amount. But 12 hour working compulsory This is not fair. Appraisals are fair but they give salary hike with minimum according to minimum wages every year. Not considering working period in Increament time and pramotion. New person Recruitment open every time. Therefore plant operation disturbed many times.
