Salary comes on time or before time, however, after layoffs, your pay will not come in the committed date, you have to keep personal followup for your own money.

In my process, appraisals and promotions never occured of anyone. Even the people who were working from 1.5-2 years were working on the same post with appraisal of 1k-1.2k

A good teammates, proper training of work,good co-ordinator and salary credited in account timely with satisfied our role in company. I m foreword to in my profession but this company not supportive in my carrier growth

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary hike not done since 2020 and lane excuses given to stop further hikes. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
