...ways there to help you no matter what the doubt is. The trainers are excellent. The salary is okayish but nothing to complain about. The transportation system was exceptional. Technological issues were negligible.

A Team Leader who goes by the name Amit Shetty from the Thane branch should get fired asap. Unethical practices carried out by the management were evident from day 1. Food quality was sub-par. Sexism was prevalent throughout my tenure. Micromanagement had begun towards the later part of my tenure here. Growth is not that much. Intergroup politics is present throughout the organization.

Anxious Team Lead: The presence of a Team Lead with an anxietic personality is detrimental to the team's morale and productivity. Employees create the company but in sterling the management is so poor that you cannot evn stand for yourself and if you do that u need to forget about your promotions.. lot of favouritism.. if yiu go and complaint about your TL o to manager they will go n tell the same to the TL and later TL will start taking revenge.. There are so many things to share but I shoud better shut...
