Pre, post or after Covid they never delayed or postponed the salary in fact it was on time. They provide us with their own system including headset during ongoing WFH status. They even reimburse electricity and internet bill but in a limited way. Subsidies canteen. After completing a year one can attempt an IJP and become a process lead. When office was opened before Covid they use celebrate festivals, they use to have cultural program, extra curricular activities, etc. The process they run are highly sensitive & worthy enough to learn.

Disaster started after couple of years in the middle of WFH. ZERO WORK LIFE BALANCE. Strictly monitoring WFH timings. They raised unnecessary targets, added unnecessary data requirement. Even after employees informing discomfort about the target they ignored big way. Opinion of executives aren't entertained. Every remark executive frames hurts the ego of the leads and suddenly they are on revenge mode. ATTRITION rate is at all time high. People are leaving jobs with genuine such as faulty methods to run the process but still they ain't improving. Leaves will be rejected which are asked on the same day even if you are ill or dying. Manpower shortage, some of them are imported from other process to save money. Incentives decrease but target increased. Twice or thrice there is an useless meet in a week with no agenda. Mid-management is terrible. Leads does not know how to work on a file and these clowns set the rules for us. Also they have threatened employees that if you leave Sterling don't expect good reviews from us to your new employers during verification calls. Forget a year old joiner they do not even trust tenured member of their own team. Bootlickers are welcomed as they themselves are one of them. Managers have no clue regarding how the process is running including the Mental & physical health of the employee. Most or almost all the employees are working under serious stress. Held one skip level meet in half a decade i guess where HR confirmed employees that managers will not be involved but next day manager had a meeting regarding a complaint raised(there goes the privacy of meet).

Productivity and every day targets base work. If you are not completing the targets they ask to logged in earlier morning and complete pending work. They are increasing targets day by day. If you are start achieving the targets they will again increase the targets because of increasing targets and achieving productivity points employees are working overtime. If your are unable to achieving the targets and productivity points they will not giving you increment in salary and incentives. This people are doing the compitation with the team members to see who is best. Because of this people are demotivated. Poor management.

To much work even while working from home. Shift hours 9.5 hrs people work around 11 to 14 hrs per day. To many processes hold lots of confused & complicated projects. Projects could be easily simplied but suggestion are treated worthless(same old story in all offices). No plans of opening office as lots of expenses are cut down & donkey work being applied on executives.
