Renowned & Best of the consultants are there to teach you, once you get the most of them, there is nothing else to do.

HR department, they kept me stalling for various reasons, esp for the pay check. They don't treat you with the dignity that you are supposed to be treated. All they care is get the work done no matter what. Nothing for overtime. It's your duty to be there whenever we call you.

Sterling ..... its a best care giver hospital nd best in quality...i had started my 1st job here and i had learned everything here oly... sterling hospital is a best platform to improve ur knowledge...go for it guy's...

Salary scale is too low for experience worker... Nd the HR is people thinking that the nurse's are servant..... But we are a care giver..no increment wht staff deserve according to their performance..

Delayed payment of salaries , no pf ,esi, appointment letter , leave not gueanteed ,no overtime compensation .poor work co ordination between staff. This is totally different unit and has no relation with Sterling Gujarat.

Their is no job security and not following SOP as per NABH guidline, Patient care is compromised at every step. Management is very pathetic they give value only buttering people and they are completely non qualified. If someone want to do good then they buttering people will pulling your leg. This feedback is only for Gandhidham Unit not for others.
