Improper management of work & work distribution. No skill development, no training to employees. No planning. Very less facilities. Even mediclaim is not provided. No value to employees. Appraisals not done on time, just delay tactics so that employees won't leave. Incentives are delayed by 6 months

Sterling auxiliary private limited company is very bad please is company ko join mat kro iska hr bhot krab hai wo jo new join karta hai unko placement threw hi karvata hai or placement or wo mikle bahut sabke lakho rupia kha gye hai

There isn't job security as there is pandemic situation, there are not any safety parameters followed by any employee or organisation. No social distance maintained by any person. Management is weak. Culture is average. Still in bonus & increment company is weak.

The most important thing which i like about sterling is the work opportunities, here you have freedome to work on top level to bottom level within your department, every managers are very cooperative and help full, the MD of the company is always focusing on the new ideas and technologies to make the organization more stronge, here the things which matters a lot is your results or solutions, result will be appreciated no matter which standard path you followed. as been a fresher when i was entered in this company, now after having the 3 years of exprince with sterling i can challenged the knowledge i have its equivalent to the person having the exprienece of 7-10 years in other organization.

been a part of this organization i felt the appraisal systems are too week here, and work life balance never maintained, other than that job security is always depends upon your talent, knowledge and hard working in any organization.

I did only 6 month job but the staff of my plant were very good and cooperative, I have learn a lot of things from my senior as well as from labour,I like the culture of that company,safety is first priority after the tragedy,I alwayes recommend freshers to join sterling auxilary for growing their skills and gaining an important knowledge about all the equipments,overall I had good experience over there
