No work, people are idle and punching morning and evening, no growth no efforts to enhance the business.

Dislikes

Salary is delayed and they don't pay once you leave the organization. No F&F, they rely over employees salary to run the business. Beware of getting employed in such companies.

The company was employee friendly. But during lockdown, they not only deducted the salary (which I personally support), but also forced to resign many employees (on roll and off roll)

Dislikes

1. Office politics (which is normal mostly in all india based companies). 2. Non-Organized Salary Structure - your lower designated person may get much more than your salary. Similarly, same designated person's salary structure is much different. 3. Higher management tends to impose their faults to juniors and forced them to reaign. 4. Now a days, there is a fear to loose job everyday. 5. Career growth is very slow; though promotion is applied after 3 years of joining, but it goes to 5 - 6 years inspite of good performance of every year.

Company provide food and accommodation , salary on time & yearly increment.

Dislikes

No job security once project is on final stage they start reducing the staff . They will terminate in one month notice. More politics

i have worked at sterling Wilson last 13 year at Bangalore branch as a project manager i have learned all in sterling and Wilson only

Top management team is not good ,They enjoy the company specialty and take high salary hence suddenly close the branch they made a mistake

I start my corporate life at Sterling and Wilson. It provides a strong base for my technical knowledge. The working culture is very good. My Mentor has supported me Both professionally as well as personally. The best part is the Work-life balance.

Salary is not on time.
