The duty timing is very strict. Our senior staff supports us. Every month get a little late but we get our salary. We are very happy to work in Sterling Wilson company.

Dislikes

Job is not secure anytime anyone's name is announced this month is your last start searching for a new job. If the company has a project, then there are more staff requirements, then no one is removed from the job.

Likes

No work, people are idle and punching morning and evening, no growth no efforts to enhance the business.

Dislikes

Salary is delayed and they don't pay once you leave the organization. No F&F, they rely over employees salary to run the business. Beware of getting employed in such companies.

...service engineer but company didn't have many sites so I have handle one site. Here I am working on consultancy pay roll so not getting facilities and benefits.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...will never coordinate with employees to fill the policy listed & actual gaps. 5. Least hygiene concerns for site employees in the name of cost cutting. 6. Never seen encouraging employees for innovation, killing their to develop.
