Yes ofcourse it was a good organization when I had joined where the promotions,benefits employees welfare were taken care.The company Chairman Mr.Khurshed Daruwaala is one of the best man.

Dislikes

...ast 5 years the organization has treated their employees in the most worst form.The salary deductions with no increments for the past 4 years.No employee benefit,the seniors only think about themselves,HR is spineless,The employee who is closer to the superior will get all benefits and hardworkers as usual didn't get anything.

I have got good experience by company, we work happily with our team. Company provides many facilities which are most require for us, company fulfill all the Commentments. Company arrange trainings for employees on time.The behaviour of our bosses is so good. I also like the employees re-hire policy here.

The company provides ample opportunities to learn and grow within its core area of services. Work life balance is also good and teams posses in-depth knowledge of the area of work with global outlook that is why the company is one of the leading and respected Solar EPC worldwide.

Dislikes

Outdated HR policies and non efficient redressal of employee issues from HR side. Gaps in transparently communicating job offers and compensation structure. Needs an upliftment in overall HR services quality if we compare it with other organisations working in same sector.

...your health otherwise they will say we will extend your notice period by the no. of days you take leave during notice period, compensation packages are poor

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
