...ayble. The main objective of IMep department is In less Manpower need more work. Have to do double shift but salary ll get only for 8 hrs. Need to work in weekend and work from home without any pay which effects the personal life. Not satisfy witg Imep managment. Engineers are treated same as labour on site. Unable to achievee any technical knowledge in this company. Only need to update xcel sheet. Dept will not be grow until they seperate Design and planning. Bcoz was selected here as a Design Engineer but only 10% done design job, rest 90% is planning job which is not technical. Overall companys provide good benefits but management is worst.

Working Hrs more than 8hrs , need to work on weekend and also to work from home. All this without any additional pay.

The company was employee friendly. But during lockdown, they not only deducted the salary (which I personally support), but also forced to resign many employees (on roll and off roll)

Dislikes

1. Office politics (which is normal mostly in all india based companies). 2. Non-Organized Salary Structure - your lower designated person may get much more than your salary. Similarly, same designated person's salary structure is much different. 3. Higher management tends to impose their faults to juniors and forced them to reaign. 4. Now a days, there is a fear to loose job everyday. 5. Career growth is very slow; though promotion is applied after 3 years of joining, but it goes to 5 - 6 years inspite of good performance of every year.

its a good opprtunity to grow in this company, but the disadvantage is compensation and benefits are less otherwise its a good platform to showcase our skills in technical operations while perfoming the job.

I start my corporate life at Sterling and Wilson. It provides a strong base for my technical knowledge. The working culture is very good. My Mentor has supported me Both professionally as well as personally. The best part is the Work-life balance.

...inish work. There is no process to follow, no updated data of existing projects. No salary on time and reimbursement will be paid when they have money. No support from management and will blame you. Cafeteria is a small stall in parking lot.HR and IT department are for name only. Even for laptop and ID you have to beg. If you get offer, use it to take hike in another company but dont join here.
