New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

... side if someone seeks for permanent job then I would give one star out of five. Coz work load is too much there while the salary is not good/convenient as per work. If someone is experienced I would suggest ...Going there and get job rather join private lab.

One thing is good that in any condition you get salary on 7th of every month.

Dislikes

There are no job security. Staff have very backward thinking. They have no goals where have to reach. HR department is very rude. they never support. There are nothing like OT for back office staff. Not able to take necessary staff.

...lent team work & supervisors are very good to lead you well for work & training. Also salary was quite satisfactory. Additionally work environment was so comfortable & innovative. Among other things the supervisors & seniors are well supported for work life balance with personal one. 👍

Very bad company for employee, Bosses have multiple source of income and the are ised to do there personal work in office time, if you are ask any office releted question they are not educate you.

Dislikes

Very bad office environment for work. Bosses are do there personal work in office time. Aslo senior are do the same thing. If boss done some serious mistake they are used to to blam you and they scould you very badly in abused words. Work lige balance is zero. You have to take approval to go in your siblings marraige. In short do not take job in sterling acvuris if you have other option l.
