Job Security is there for the performer Work culture is no good as an ASM one has to take entire responsibility for Sales and Service for entire region. No team provided.Hense balancing work at home station and outstation becomes problem and unable to deliver kind of business from outstation due to less time devoted outstation. Too much of internal politics. No incentives and less growth opportunity. Poor yearly increment or sometimes no increment offered in a year.
