There's nothing to like. Made best efforts and created a workplace culture that every organization strives for but the involvement of the higher authority made it worse. I think getting involved in every minor issue of MD like even in matters related to House keeping will definitely lead to disaster. Let the employees do their respective jobs that they are hired for.

You are monitored through camera's 24/7. Answerable for using restroom. Micro management. Change of duties without intimation. No proper reporting structure.

Likes

Opportunity learn latest technologies in the health care industry. Doctors and colleagues are very cooperative and good in nature. Games and parties arranged for relaxation. Facilities like pantry provided by the company.

Its my first opportunity to work in startup and clinic as well.UK based primary healthcare which is evidence based made me more impressed and i would like to part of it. Moreover i got lot of opportunities to learn new things, upgrading my knowledge also company is giving more scope for our career growth such as clinical meeting with UK team and daily MDT there we can share our suggestions & opinions. Since i joined stepcare i got wide opening to handle new devices such as ABPM, Lumiradx ,Tricog etc.Working as a stepcare employee Iam proud because our doctors and CEO is very approachable and understanding personalities.

Workplace harmony is not there always, also maintaining employees personal matter confidentiality is not happening everywhere. workflow of lab& pharmacy to be smooth and hassle free experience to our valued customers .
