Salary is not good you have to beg for your salary after 2 months of resignation, Hr department are the most pathetic department , center manager was so toxic senior employees in gurgaon like tabeya deep kaur and aarti doing discrimination to employees according to their post so toxic environment worst company I ever had seen in my life no increament in salary no job security in this company.

Stemz has very good environment to work.I would like to tell about TAT(with TAT i can really focus on my work skill) Stemz's has excellent nursing instructors (ms.Erandathi mam).she given very good guidances on other hand ms.sreyasi mam,they both are excellent trainers apart from that mr.suresh sir and mr.Avinash sir(I worked in Kochi cente) and I would like to mention mr.Rohan as well.HR department also given very good support.i am so glad that I worked there.

From my heart i would say there is nothing dislike in Stemz

The Leadership is Intelligent, Young and Energetic. Has a lot of potential to grow and it is even growing.

Dislikes

The organization except 1 or 2 leaders lack maturity. The company immediately needs to focus on Work Culture and Environment. Because of the current culture, good people are leaving and it will hurt the company in long terms. Hope this feedback is taken in high spirits.

The Probation period does not ends and different excuses are given so that it continues,you can't take paid leaves during the same period as paid leaves are allowed only after probation confirmation
