Worst no management.if you ask to leave the company with your resignation they'll hold your salary for 2months. I personally don't recommend to join their so called firm. And one more thing iif you're joining there get everything related your job profile on writing on your appointment or joining letter. Not safe for girls and womens the owner pradeep is having worst profile in this case. So many police cases running on him for abusing and harrasment.

Good place for beginners, seniors are very cooperative n friendly, Director is Down To Earth type of person. My overall experience was very good with this organisation.

Pros & Cons are everywhere, it is upto the ppl what they want to focus on. Some things are need to be fixed up but still one can show his talent n groom.
