I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Terrible management and leadership in India business. No strong vision, no accountability, HR Head is so arrogant and not ready to listen the new idea. She has deployed her clown within the office to hear the unofficial feedback and then make that employee's life line hell.

The senior management is direction less More than a month, the share prices are all time low Even after this, the arrogance is at its peak the worst HR department and leadership a company can ever have though the working is hybrid, but people are forced to come to office and do overlap hours too
