1. No salary Slip given, you will have to request it from Accounts keeping Hr in CC mentioning the reason why you want it. 2. When you resign. they email you they will gv you relieving letter on your last working day with salary slips of last 3 months but when your last working day comes they will do exit formality but will not gv you relieving letter saying director Mam is not available so could not get it signed(they said same to all who exit, confirmed by 5-6different people who got releived on different times) I felt cheated. 3. Experience letter and F&F money is given after 45days of your last working day 4. My manager was a person due to whom 6-7people resigned and many planning ahead to quit and leave

Lala company ... do not join at any temptation of salary here at all ... will remove you whenever they want and will teach you like a waste . Guys i am serious do not join here at all !!!! Look for a stable and cultured organization, weather for low salary because you will get satisfaction of good learning and job security. Do not join stellarix at all !!!!@!!

...tive home. the policies are made in the benefit of the company not the employee. there is no security to the salary and job. HR department is rigid to the policies and consider work from home as a holiday even though the employee is working 24/7.

Dislikes

the company does not follow other corporate strategies and make up their own. the policies are made by internal discussion by the seniors even though they are made for us before implementing such bad policies the company should survey the likeliness of such rules among fresher emlpoyee. the freshers get roasted really bad as they make them work really hard even if you are just trainee and then cut you off. co's they cant afford paying well so they thrive on fresher generation. the company not stable.

Good team and work environment.. Working on multidisciplinary project which makes me interesting working here.

Investing money for candidates who are not familiar to the work that stellarix, keeping behind hard working people in terms of salary. This has resulted in multiple resignation at same time impacting team balance.

Dislikes

Dishonest people. No room for experimentation or any freedom whatsoever. Things that have been continuing for wrong reasons will continue to do so because of no room for change oriented mentality. They call people resources and forget to treat them as humans. Lack basic decency and have no business ethics or integrity. Will ask for confidential information about your previous employers and their clients because of their i capability to find/convert clients.
