Here we all have good job security. Senior management is not supportive. Lack of decision making in senior management. We have time flexibility due to 6 days per week working. Growth opportunities are less and some people do politics in that. If you have good boss then you will be having good guidance and support here.

... management. HR team is not supportive. Less increment and growth opportunities. Salary offered is less compared to industry standards. You may need to work for more than 9 hrs per day. No cafeteria.

1). If learning is the main goal, then it is a good company from that perspective. 2). Salary is given on time. 3). Work can be cross-functional at times which is good.

Dislikes

...will never get FnF even if you serve notice period while exiting the company 4). Apart from giving salary on time, there is no standard procedure for anything. 5). The management/managers will harass you mentally. 6). You will have a fixed time to come to the office but there is no fixed time to go back home. Be prepared to stay till 10-11 in the night and you will not be excused coming late the next day.

In one word i can say don’t join stellar as i have joined and i have seen that many people left company in very short span of time because of toxic work culture in this organisation .
