When you leave the company they do not do your full and final settled hold your salary. The hod talk with abusive language with people don't respect their peers. In one word I can say don't join stellar

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Feel like family in the office ,our RM Mr. Satish rao very good,polite and understanding person. He is some time rode but treats like his kids

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.no increment,discrimination against outsiders/other state people

Stress-free atmosphere and no politics.

Salary is good but career growth is very very slow. No appraisals within 2 years of joining. No transport, no free food, no gym, no work from home even in extreme conditions like covid19, no holidays.

1). If learning is the main goal, then it is a good company from that perspective. 2). Salary is given on time. 3). Work can be cross-functional at times which is good.

Dislikes

...will never get FnF even if you serve notice period while exiting the company 4). Apart from giving salary on time, there is no standard procedure for anything. 5). The management/managers will harass you mentally. 6). You will have a fixed time to come to the office but there is no fixed time to go back home. Be prepared to stay till 10-11 in the night and you will not be excused coming late the next day.

I has worked in stellar last three years , i learn lot experience from there . this is third party logistics industry for that reason we need to work as per our customer basis activity
