... They will fake you that they are going to expend which is just the fake things. They will not pay you weekly salary properly also. They have a rule of 60% n 40%, in which we will never get 40% of our amount. There are many such things which everyone needs to know.

Frankly, initially I liked the company and its culture but later on, I found out its real face. It had a very similar structure to an MLM company

...who work there will love you if you stay there the love bombing is a real thing. No PF, No Insurance, NO Salary, Paycheck will be deposited every week of your earnings, if you leave no notice period is offered, and if you put your papers down whatever you have collected will be pocketed by the owners. Please be careful before you join. They are very systemic with luring people in, and you will feel I am being offered this big opportunity, I have done so much for it now it just pushes a little bit more, a little bit more... and it will be a never-ending cycle. You will keep on investing money in travel, and parties if you take your observation to the field(Interview a candidate who will become a part of your team), and at the end only those who joined early will have pocketed the money you will be left with an empty bank account, resentment and pure disappointment.

A completely manipulative company when it comes to salary structure earlier they sugar coat everything with their words until you are selected and then the reality is completely different you will be fooled by the pay structure by showing high hopes very unsatisfactory way of work. Freshers specially do not fall for this

Horrible timings, no proper salary structure. They make you work like dogs for 10 hour's (8am-6pm) & expect to work for more 2-3 hours after the work timings. They don't pay salary as per what they say at the start. All the work is neg for donations from people who are jobless & suffering from various issues. No humanity at all.

I like the way they brain wash people into believing that it’s the best opportunity. And also by telling them it’s not a sales job but an entrepreneurship opportunity. Don’t fall for the lies. Don’t fall for the music or the ambience they create when you go for the interview. They intentionally project it that way to impress you. Please don’t fall for it. The first day they’ll call you for an interview just to see if you have interpersonal skills. The second day they’ll call you and take you on the field and probably give you an orientation at some restaurant or cafe(mostly McDonalds, because that’s the only thing that the interviewer can afford as all the other money is taken by the owners to buy swanky Mercedes and luxurious houses). Not like I care about the house or car, but you have to beg for donations and in the end you’ll get commission of 16% which again is paid weekly and not monthly, so that you end up staying another week expecting the salary and then another and another week. It’s a vicious circle they use to exploit the employees.

I dislike the attitude of the people running the business out there and how they make you think that this is the only opportunity and if you don’t do this you’ll never succeed in life.
