Frankly, initially I liked the company and its culture but later on, I found out its real face. It had a very similar structure to an MLM company

This is a pure commission-based sales job, with a dangling carrot of getting your own business if you build your team of 12 people and sustain it for a certain period. Here you will have to visit the field meet potential clients and convince them to donate to a charitable organization. In my case, it was HelpAge India(They have an ol d age home in Andheri West). We were paid 16% of each support (Which is 1200 Rs Minimum the higher the amount, the higher the commission). It was all okay till I visited the old age home myself, and as per the company's owner and the crew leader we were collecting these funds for the Mumbai facility of HelpAge India. They barely had 2-3 people in their care facility, I was shocked to see what they were doing, the amount of money which was collected by just a few of the high rollers was enough to feed and care, for at least 100-200 elderly. So the money we were collecting for "the Mumbai facility" was a big scam. Also, the people who work there will love you if you stay there the love bombing is a real thing<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. No PF, No Insurance, NO Salary, Paycheck will be deposited every week of your earnings, if you leave no notice period is offered, and if you put your papers down whatever you have collected will be pocketed by the owners</mark>. Please be careful before you join. They are very systemic with luring people in, and you will feel I am being offered this big opportunity, I have done so much for it now it just pushes a little bit more, a little bit more... and it will be a never-ending cycle. You will keep on investing money in travel, and parties if you take your observation to the field(Interview a candidate who will become a part of your team), and at the end only those who joined early will have pocketed the money you will be left with an empty bank account, resentment and pure disappointment....Read More

Horrible timings, no proper salary structure. They make you work like dogs for 10 hour's (8am-6pm) & expect to work for more 2-3 hours after the work timings. They don't pay salary as per what they say at the start. All the work is neg for donations from people who are jobless & sufferi ng from various issues. No humanity at all....Read More

All are dislike. This guys make everyone fool. Thry work with charity Unicef. They look like professional but they are not such. Managers have no professionalism to talk to employees. We have to work like anything. This company hired mostly freshers and good communication skills. They will pay you weekly not mostly. They will fake yo u that they are going to expend which is just the fake things<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They will not pay you weekly salary properly also</mark>.
