Dislikes

Salary compensation is not upto standard for existing employees and who are joining now a days have good package. Market standard revision for existing employees is not fair.

Job security. You would be allocated to different projects, thereby giving Job Security. This is due to many people leaving the organisation(creating manpower deficiency) and the management doesn't care about people leaving.

...ing the employee, compensation to match atleast 75% of the current market value. Salary compensation is the worst(less than 50% the market value(8-9 lakhs package for employees with 9+ years of experience)). No hikes for 2-3 years in a row(no jokes here). Growth and on-site opportunity only to pets. HR policy is another joke. They don't respond to you on time. They don't have an idea about market values, but organise virtual tea parties to retain employees, as they feel that best employees will fall for such a good initiative.

...flexibility to work, but that has been taken away in recent changes of policy... No pay rise according to market standard ... Promotion without pay rise ... Working extra hours without pay.

Work life Balance is the major plus point. WFH option is a lethal weapon to keep the employees even though they got lower salary than market.

Ofcourse Salary & Appraisal are not upto the mark. Also Zero onsites from COVID which caused many employees to leave the organisation.

The nature of work is amazing & you can learn a lot by yourself. Self-learning is possible & if you get WFH then you can save money as well & prevent Bullying or Harrasment by seniors in the Office.

Don't sign the bond. Look for other better opportunities. Promotion & Appraisals are just namesake - 1,500 is the average amount of appraisal in per month salary for a professional with one year of a experience. Promotions are slow & growth isn't there. Training not given. Senior Managers doesn't respect professionals at least for the freshers it is 100% true. If you get foreign managers then you can go ahead as they are better in every term. They aren't a Employee-friendly organisation & joining them can seriously damage your future aspects & wellbeing. Don't join Please.
