NO CULTURE, HIGH POLITICS, ABUSIVE NATURE OF EMPLOYEES. NO JOB SECURITY. MANAGEMENT SHOULD IDENTIFY THE BLACK SHEEP AND ERADICATE THE THINGS WITH PROPER POLICY AND PROCESS AND REVIEW SYSTEM.
