Favoritism Towards Family Connections: Growth opportunities often go to people with personal connections or relatives within the company, making it hard for others to advance. 6. Unproductive Team Leads: Team leads are often more focused on Instagram and other social media than on supporting or guiding the team. 7. Lack of Leadership Effort: Leads seem to be more interested in gossip and office politics than in managing the team or pushing for productivity and growth.

Your job role is not secure client is contract based you need to work for another company. If other company contract is end then you are jobless. Risky job dont go because of hike only. You are working for contract based for other company it can be 3 month, 6 months it will renew or not not sure totally depends on client.

Hire and Fire Policy. They hire and fire 20+ recruiters irrespective of their experience in 2023. Very poor incentive structure. No hold on their clients and put the blame on recruiters. Put recruiter under PIP for more than 1 year. Managers doesn't support their team just to save their chair. Whole team is under PIP and still manager receiving awards for performance. Blame will be put on recruiters not managers or higher managers. Management keep changing the policies but nothing work out so at the end they put Recruiter under PIP and fire them.

1. It has turned as a Lala company. 2. Sandy (AVP) thinks himself God. Always use harsh words. During heated discussion he uses slang language. Always threat to terminate. 3. Indian management head Ankit is filling senior management position by his known people from previous organization by forcing old resources to resign or terminate. 4. No job security. Ticket hygiene like silly mistake also can cause job loss. 5. Removal of senior management all of a sudden keeping all in dark. 6. Increment and Promotion is based on personal relation with manager. 7. Pre-sales team is a big failure. no new project since last 2-3 years and that putting undue pressure on managers and architect to bring new projects from existing accounts. 8. Forced permanent remote employees to work from home by threatening of job loss.

Dislikes

- There are lot of bootlickers which always pretend to be good but actually they are using the resources. - IGO is the key of the managers here in Stefanini. Since they got the promotions early so they act like boss.
