Every single day changing the policies therefore employee getting deduction in salary during the joining they are commenting too much but afterwards they are not taking care of employees. They are terminating employees if single mistake make like you forget to punch ID card they will fire you. Higher management naver listening to anyone they are doing as they want.

If you want to improve your skillset not the right place to opt. No wfh relaxation. management want you to call them sir and give them respect. You can be targetted by other team members.

Your job role is not secure client is contract based you need to work for another company. If other company contract is end then you are jobless. Risky job dont go because of hike only. You are working for contract based for other company it can be 3 month, 6 months it will renew or not not sure totally depends on client.
