...crement will be done each n every year. They use employees weakness perfectly. Owners responsibility towards employee is very poor regarding salary, perks, incentives. You have to fight for increments for each n every year. One thing is good that salary will be given on time whether it is less or more.

... reputed company. The management is supportive, and mentors employees regularly. Salary is always on time. No need for working overtime unnecessarily. Perfect work life balance.

Company policy for employees is as local factory do with their labour's, You work here for them not for yourself,

...eld because of there policy, Simply waste of time and not even any incentives It's not a place for innocent people because no one will care your efforts, no one will pay the price of your time and effort You have to beg all time for your rights..

Good environment and culture. Some teammates are supportive. Salary is on time. At the time of joining you will be shown very good dreams. .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and some management does not address our issues. Career growth is not here. On the joining time you will fill a 5 year bond. Office hours start at 9:00 a.m. but office leaving is fully depend on the director if he stops you more than 9 to 10 hours there will be no additional benefit.

NOT GOOD FOR EXPERIENCED PERSON AS THERE IS NO INCREMENT ACCORDING TO INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE/SKILL, NO BENEFITS (NO PF, NO ESI, NO HRA, NO OFFER LETTER ETC.). BOLENGE KUCH... MILEGA KUCH... DIRECTOR SHOWS TOO MUCH ATTITUDE. KOI NHI SUNTA ISS COMPANY ME... POORI LALA-TYPE COMPANY HAI SUNDAY KO BHI BULA LETE HAIN. DAILY 2-3 HRS EXTRA KAAM KARATE HAIN, WITHOUT ANY OVERTIME. INTERVIEW-TIME BADE-BADE SAPNE DIKHATE HAIN, PAR HOTA KUCH NHI.
